Stress is a feeling that's created when we react to particular events or a situation. It's the body's way of rising to a challenge and preparing to meet a tough situation with focus, strength, stamina, and heightened alertness. There are many stresses we experience in our daily routine such as we have our environment around us, the family and relationships, the aquintances , the work or the professional stressor last but not the least the social stressor that comes to us when we socialize. It may be possible when we socialize we feel a certain kind of complex and that may lead to the problem of stress and frustration among the people.

Stress is the normal part of our life and we are prone to it. Stress is like a germ that enters the body without any consent which must be fought and killed by our strong determination and rest. Stress reduction techniques only help us avoid the stress when we are in the process of changes that are occurring in our lives. If we do a little delay we can be attacked very easily. Adrenaline is the hormone that prepares the body for an attack.   The heart needs to beat faster so blood can get to our muscles.
